SCHEDULE OF TARIFF COMMITMENTS
PHILIPPINES
HEADNOTES
1. This Schedule is composed of five Sections, one applicable for all Parties, and four
applicable respectively for certain tariff lines for Australia and New Zealand, for
China, for Japan, and for Korea.
2. The AHTN Codes referred to in this Schedule are based on the 2012 version of the
national tariff nomenclature of the Philippines.
3. Tariff lines indicated with “U” in each stage of reduction in this Schedule shall be
excluded from any commitment of tariff reduction or elimination.
4. The non-linear phasing of tariff elimination in this Schedule is subject to a review,
which shall be completed within three years of the date of entry into force of this
Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in the review, linear phasing on all concerned
tariff lines shall commence within three years after the completion of such
